Our CAHPS Program

The HH-CAHPS Survey contains 34 Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Standardized questions about Home Health Care.   Up to 7 customized questions can be added to the HH-CAHPS Survey.  With it recommend that at least 300 surveys (or as many as possible) be completed each year, it can seem like a daunting task for most agencies.

That is why we are here to help. Working with TheCAHPS will make this a simplified process.  Our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff will work with you from the initial creation of the survey all the way through to the final reporting.
