IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLINICS!

In the Fall of 2012 Minnesota Department of Health is mandating a Clinic CAHPS Survey (CG-CAHPS) for all clinics that have a MD or DO on staff who in the months of September, October and November combined see 715 unique adult patients. 

MRHC has a 11 plus year history of providing quality surveys for facilities all over the United States.  We customize the survey and outside envelope with your logo so the patient recognizes your facility and is more apt to fill out the survey.  As well we use your letterhead to increase patient recognition.  In the body of the letter it states the date of service and the provider service was received from.  If the patient has any questions in regard to the survey they are directed to contact us.  This will help your facility not to be intonated with phone calls.  We provide that service for you!

Minnesota Rural Health Cooperative has been very involved with the development of this survey and is ready to implement this initiative.  Many of our members have requested to be able to do the survey in the fall of 2011 and spring of 2012 so they have an opportunity to view their scores and am able to make any corrective measures in any areas where their score is not as high as they would like to see.  MRHC has the survey composed and approved for usage.  Once the mandated survey is done in the fall of 2012 it will be publically reported for 2 years because the surveys are mandated every other year.  It is in your best interest to have that score reflect the great service you always provide your patients!  Please contact us at 1-877-481-6251 ext 214 to get started today or email at survey.support@mrhc.net. 

The CAHPS Survey contains 37 standardized questions that must be done verbatum with the option of adding up to five (5) additional questions.  A minimum of 715 (CHANGED FROM 625) surveys would be sent out to patients over age 18.  MRHC will verify that each household would only receive 1 survey within the 3 month period.  If after 21 days (3 weeks) the patient has not responded to the survey a 2nd reminder cover letter with a survey will be mailed to the patient.  Each mailing includes a self-addressed postage paid envelope for patient convenience.
