Our website is Minnesota Rural Healthcare Cooperative (MRHC.)  MRHC has over 12 years of experience with patient satisfaction surveys, and has been an approved CMS Vendor of the Hospital CAHPS, Patient Experience of Care (Clinic CAHPS) and Home Health CAHPS surveys since their inception.

MRHC conducts Mail Only Surveys and all surveys are administered in-house – we do not use outside contractors.

We offer online support, and a toll free hot line for patients and
employees to call with any questions and/or concerns.
