TheCAHPS, your Health Care Survey Partner, is a division of Minnesota Rural Healthcare Cooperative (MRHC.)  MRHC has over 11 years of experience with patient satisfaction surveys, and has been an approved CMS Vendor of the Hospital CAHPS and Home Health CAHPS survey for 4 years.

TheCAHPS conducts Mail Only Surveys and all surveys are administered in-house – we do not use outside contractors.

We offer online support, and a toll free hot line for patients and
employees to call with any questions and/or concerns.
